Richard Feynman – The Messenger Lectures
The good news is that Bill Gates bought the rights to this precious footage and decided to make it publicly available. The bad news is that where previously you could watch the lectures on YouTube, now we are forced to use Microsoft Silverlight. This means that G4 & G5 PowerMac owners like me can no longer enjoy these wonderful lectures.
The previous owners of the video, the BBC, turned a blind eye to the YouTube copies of the video, but mysteriously complained to YouTube after selling the rights to Gates. YouTube responded by removing the videos.
